If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased from Sale Hydro Ltd please contact customer suport team on 0161 9739899 within 30 days, give us as much infomation on the reason you would like a exchange or refund as you can and we’ll inform you on how to return your item to us, which must be unused and in its original packaging.
All items purchased online can also be returned instoreSale Hydro Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused by you (the customer) through improper use or neglect.
Electrical items like ballasts and fans, come with a manufacturers warranty (1-5 years depending on manufacturer), faulty items have to be tested prior to agreeing an exchange or refund.
In some cases, the item will need to be returned to the manufacturers testing department before a refund or exchange can be issued.
We CANNOT give an exchange or refund on ANY LIQUIDS, this includes all nutrients and supplements.
Lamps and Bulbs
Unfortunatly we are unable to isssue refunds or exchanges on bulbs as they are checked prior to dispatch.
When returning reflectors they must be returned with the packaging
